Chandler Parsons is quickly becoming one of the top 2nd round draft picks in the last 5 years. He is a hard working player that can fill it up quickly. His jumpshot really improved big time over the summer and his lateral quickness also improved. He can be a Shane Battier type player who guards other teams best wing but also be a potent scorer. He's athletic enough to play above the rim and grab rebounds.

I think that the Rockets should incorporate Parsons into their offense much more. He's getting better every day and because Lin has been struggling with his shots lately, I think Parsons should be the 2nd scoring option behind James Harden.

Parsons already has a veteran's bball IQ and court vision. All he needs is to polish his individual skills like shooting and handling and finishing

Well they're way up on last season.

So positive signs on that front?

Chandler Parsons is looking more and more like the 2nd coming of tayshaun prince. Long defender with decent scoring ability. Add a post game some day and we have our stud swingman.

Parsons has the chance to be a very good scorer. He should be taking 15-16 shots a game.

The Lakers crew were salivating over Parsons' skills and potential. I think he's the best guy to alleviate the load for Harden

Correct! Parsons is only taking around 11 shots per game. I think he should up his attempt to around 15-16 shots per game. He improved his game over the summer and a lot of GMs regretted passing him up in the draft. The great thing about Chandler Parsons is that he is a two way player. He can play great defense and now, contribute big time on the offensive end as well.

Parson's is a good fit for almost any team because his offense comes off the ball. When he tries to get his own shot, he usually turns the ball over.

There is no need to try and force his shot attempts up. Just let things come naturally.
