    My pre-workout is usually just coffee

    However I did get a small pouch of their preworkout once when I ordered the Whey. It tasted ok. Not sure of the effects since it was a one time thing.

    I'm using C4 too but I feel like there's no substitute for eating a good meal and good rest. I'm still unsure if it's helping. I'm scared to try more than one scoop though.
