This should be a route. Asik 20 Points, Delfino 15 Points, Lin 12 Points, Harden 29 Points, Parsons, 12 Points.

I say we win by 15+

Don't think it matters if Harden or Lin controls the ball. But if we do the same crap like we did the last game, No help defense on the Pick and Roll, might be a long and frustrating games for the fan. Even though we still win. Walker might go off again.

breaking news...kemba walker can teleport! We win. We really need to protect home court. No more 30 years old Biyombo rejecting our guards into submission!
Run and don't look back, forrest.

Rockets need to win this game...if not it says a lot about this young team...in a bad way. Good teams should win most, if not all, winnable games.

In the month of January, we won 66% of the time when the relative humidity was over 75%, but only half the time when it was under. Since relative humidity clearly has an overall effect on air-flow dynamics around Harden's beard (it is poofier...see last game analysis), this is a factor of concern. Weather.com is predicting 61% relative humidity, so this might be an unexpectedly tough game, but I think we will pull it out.

    Ho Chen:

    Lin talks Kemba matchup

Jeremy Lin wants a different showing against Kemba Walker this time around when the Rockets play the Bobcats on Saturday.

When the two teams played on January 21, Walker went off for a career-high 35 points with five assists and 6-7 three-point shooting.

"Yeah, he was definitely on fire," Lin said. "I didn't get to play much that game, but he was definitely just hitting everything and just about every three he threw up, went in. We tipped our hat to him that day. He had a heck of a game."

Meanwhile, Lin finished that game with four points. That day will be remembered for how he sat the fourth quarter as the Rockets amped up their defensive pressure to contain Walker. During crunch time, Patrick Beverley was the one who saw the floor.

"That was kind of a big-time wake-up call," Lin said. "Just saying, what I'm doing right now isn't working, so I've got to change something up, be a little more aggressive, put a little more pressure on him.

"You definitely want to make it more difficult the next time around," he continued. "Didn't do a good job defensively, so whichever way to make it a little more difficult, make a couple of adjustments to see how they react to it."

After that game, Lin did talk about how he needed to be more aggressive on defense. Kevin McHale has noticed the improvement since then.

"I think Jeremy's had a good year," McHale said. "Jeremy's been very good defensively. I thought he was solid defensively against Denver, one of the few guys that really gave us a really good solid individual game defensively in Denver.

"Jeremy's like a lot of young players," McHale continued. "He'll be a little bit up and down. I think everybody expects perfection every night. That doesn't happen in our league, but I think he's fought back from some tough times. He keeps on battling. He's a very tough kid. He just keeps getting better like we have to as a team."

On Saturday, Lin will get that chance for some defensive redemption.
