8 fewer points per 100 possessions by opponents on versus off court.

I'd be extremely satisfied if he could become a taller Chuck Hayes(low post D, rebounder, poor FT's, but can protect the rim), he'd definitely be worth the money.

I think you're selling Asik a little short with those numbers.

That seems like a reasonable stat line. I would hope that he is on the other side of 50 for shooting percentage at say between 51-52 percent from the field. But 7 points, 10 rebounds and 2 blocks a game would be good for Asik.

If he raises his FT's to a respectable level, he might not get wrapped up so much around the rim, and he could get up to the mid 50's in fg%. Hopefully around 10 ppg eventually, but right now that's just wishful thinking.

Do you think he's ready to play 36 mpg? Last year our leader in minutes per was K Mart at 31.5.

That's probably the stat i wasn't the least sure of, with all the players we have, you never know. He's definitely ready for 28-30 mins a game, at least. If guys step up, then they could eat into his time, but otherwise I'd say 35-36 is possible.
