    Ok... so passe cliche may be somewhat redundant... but you get the point.

    My contribution:

    'You da Man!' ... esp after Tiger Woods hits a drive.

    Try and beat that one! :)

    I think "jump the shark" has jumped the shark...

    Of course, saying "jump the shark has jumped the shark" is probably dumber, so what do I know? :D

    sorry- some of the above quotes are not cliches, but the people around me say these things all the time-said enough times - these things do not mean anything......

    Any action movie or sci-fi where the protagonist or antagonist says, "This ends NOW!!!" during a battle.

    anytime someone says "That's phat!"

    Sports: anything that mentions 110%
