yeah, you're right. he's only one of the craftiest players in the world, an olympic gold medalist, a hard-worker, a team-first star, and the top scorer in the world championships to date.
I still want to know the finer details. Who used who? Who leaked the details involving the Rockets? Etc... Where did the insiders go?
Elite = If he's the best player on your team, you can win a championship if he has help. Gasol is not elite. Gasol is also over 30. Gasol also has a lot of miles. He's a great player, but he's not worth gutting your team.

This trade is seriously lopsided. I guess they can flip Bynum or move Okafor (and I can see the Rox getting involved for Okafor, although he's a little pricey for 10 pts and 10 boards and 2 blocks).
When Bynum can get you Paul or Howard I seriously doubt it. Rockets need to hit big in the draft. That's our only option. Maybe Morris is a baller, maybe we have a bad season and hit big in lotto...but that's about it.
Now watch Gasol be dealt for D. Howard. Thanks alot nba and rockets fans. Now since N.O got shafted. Now we gotta watch the lakers rip up the NBA. Maybe this is why MOREY INTERVENED.
