Who do you think the Texans will pick in the 1st round of the 2016 NFL draft?

The last mock draft showed the Carson Wentz edging out Ezekiel Elliott.

That was almost a month ago (seems like ages) and the senior bowl might have changed people's minds about players and their availability. So here we go with version 2.0. Some names have been added, some have been removed. Place your vote. I'll create a poll for the 2nd round later.

Wentz, Hack, or Elliot if they are available. Voted for Wentz

I'm on the Braxton Miller train. The guy could open up our offense and be a real X factor

Really? Take a DT in the 1st round? Why didn't I think of that?

But seriously, all the mocks I've seen have him gone by the time the Texans pick and I don't think he plays NT.

But if he falls to us, he would be a steal.
To me the 1st round is in the air. They could go anywhere with this one. I would definitely not pick my QB in the 1st. That would be unwise.

Not at that position. I'd take Ragland, Stanley, or Robinson. But not the 3rd or 4th rank replacement for Jared Crick.

Why does everyone want a running back? They always flame out. Not an important position anymore. Build Oline, Dline, or QB. That's it.

Because we have championship defense which is naturally complemented by a strong running game when you don't have a quality QB. Drafting at #22 will likely mean all the quality QBs will be gone. Therefore, the best way to improve our offense is adding a solid running back especially when Foster is done.

I would also choose a RB with that pick. Derrick Henry would fit our running game like a glove.

I would pass on all of them. What have they really ever done?

Bell has missed every playoff game his team has been in.
Hill was terrible this year. Bernard was terrible last year.
Gurley is good, but he was coming off a really bad knee injury. I'd be scared of him long term.

Do you really think anyone of those backs could run behind our OLINE? Especially not knowing the health of Duane Brown. We could have Adrian Peterson and it wouldn't matter.

Taking Derrick Henry with the 22nd pick would be an absolute reach. He's an early day 2 guy at the most.

Are you kidding me? The Steelers desperately missed him in 2014. They are 1-2 in said playoff games. When he was on the field he was 3rd in rushing yards and averaged 4.7 yards per carry. The most balanced offense in the league was not nearly as balanced without him. I'll take his health and availability the past couple of years over Arian's.

Hill was not terrible, he had 11 rushing TDs sharing carries with Bernard.

Gurley is good but... but nothing.

Alfred Blue, Hill's backup in college, average 3.7 yards per carry. I'm sure Any of the guys above would average 4+ yards and Adrian Peterson would still be the rushing champion. How good do you think that Vikings O-Line is?

Exactly, an early 2nd day pick. No where close to our late 2nd day pick.
Henry would not be too much of a reach for our offense. He would be a better fit for our offense than Foster in my opinion.
Like I mentioned in a earlier post, they could go anywhere with this pick. I would even be open to trading down for an additional 2nd+.

But if the team were to take this pick, my top choices depending on BPA would be DT, RB, OG. For now.

than a healthy 2009-2014 foster? forget if injuries don't happen, foster is a hof. Is henry that good to go in the first? I like that he has vision. It's one of the best traits in an RB.

I know he is a project and I wouldn't draft him in the first round, but I really like Dak Prescott and think he is going to be very good eventually.
