Damn. That will hurt us, especially with Harden out.

Owch. When I heard the X-rays were negative I thought a game or two at most. I guess we'll see how the other guys respond.

Wow. Didn't expect it was that bad.

Well, everyone on the Brooks bandwagon will get a good look at him now.

That was your first concern and not his health or it's impact on the team?

Not good. 2 weeks and then a reevaluation doesn't sound minor at all. We are going to miss his spark off the bench. Hopefully AB can keep it going

Time to see how deep the PG position is...

We should still be fine because we have great Point Guard depth and our upcoming schedule is not the toughest.

In all seriousness lets just hope everyone is getting there injuries out of the way now and not later in the season when it all counts.

Btw why does this thread have 5 stars, what does this mean ;)

I think everybody understands that. Your comment came across that you had no emphathy for his current condition.

Yes, but could be worse. 2 weeks minimum out, fairly early in the season. Just hope that Lin can recover quick and that this injury has minimal effect on his performance though it probably will have some impact.

    From knee injury site:
There are 3 grades of knee sprains:
Grade 1 – a few fibres (less than 10%) are damaged/torn. Usually heals naturally
Grade 2 – more fibres are torn but the ligament is still intact.
Grade 3 – the ligament is ruptured – completely torn. May require surgery

So scoring is now down to Parsons, Howard, and Bev plus whichever bench wing gets hot from downtown? Slightly worrisome, but still OK. :D Depth on this team is amazing. :)

Probably wont be out that long but I like that the Rockets are being conservative. I like that they are allowing Harden to heal too. Playoffs are the most important thing, Rockets have depth so they dont need to have players playing with nagging injuries. Next man up

This was the play. Paul Millsap is driving and runs his knee into Lin's as Lin rotates to contest.

    Step up brooks!

It's weird these situations remind me of Lowry stepping up when brooks got injured and then Dragic stepping up for Lowry and ....
