What Rondo did wasn't tough. He knows he can get away with that silliness during a game with no consequences other than maybe a technical foul. It's like when our little poodle-dog barks like crazy when the doorbell rings or when guests enter the house. She knows we have her back. Otherwise she would run under the table and hide.

Rondo is a stud. It is guys like him that play with passion and heart and doesn't back down from anyone. Rondo is just pure sensation to watch. If everyone became like Battier and allowed Kobe to do this and that to him no one would ever show Kobe what an a@@ Kobe is.
LOL..Rondo is dumba$$ who acts like a jerk. Its not 'punking' someone when they dont react cause they dont want a technical foul in the finals. Punking someone is what chris childs did to kobe, what doug christie did to rick fox, hell what anthony peeler did to KG. Rondo is a guy who left Kentucky early cause he allegedly got one of his teammates girl pregnant. He's a good player with a god awful attitude. If he was on a young team without the veteran leadership he would have a terrible reputation.

Artest, labeled the "strongest player in the NBA" by Chuck Hayes, would absolutely smash Rondo. Rondo runs his mouth because he knows nothing will escalate with 3 referees, a handful of coaches, and over 20 other players in the arena. CP3's widely regarded as a punk, and has been since his days at Wake Forest, where he punched former NC State star Julius Hodge in the nuts and was behind a couple of cheap shots against Duke. Rondo jawing with a turd like Paul is laughable.
Not sure why people are bashing Rondo. Cousins knocked Garnett to the ground and looked like he walked over and said something to Garnett. Nothing wrong with Rondo sticking up for his teammate.
Who has Ron destroyed in the NBA? I've always wondered it because people act like he has went around the NBA kicking ass. He backed down from Ben Wallace and then went on to attack the wrong fan. *kanye shrug*
