Ohhh nooos.. Fitzy's revenge game. Hes gonna drop 4 tds on us but TJ, The Bengal Wrangler, is gonna drop 5.
We might be seeing Geno Smith instead http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap30...es-im-fine-with-geno-smith-starting-at-texans
the offensive line got healthy and weren't forced to play out of position, so they were able to tame a tenacious bengals front seven. I expect even more cohesiveness from the o-line and another win.
Not a big deal but why schedule a team with extended rest (9 days) against a team on a short week (5 days).
With every team getting a thursday night game now (some with multiple), along with staggered bye weeks... I'm sure this happens at least once every season.
Aside from Hoyer, we came out pretty clean last night. With the win I like the short rest to keep momentum assuming Hoyer is cleared. If the season has really turned around, this is a game you win at home period.
Gonna wait til after the Jers and Saints game to get excited for this team again Should be both wins since these teams are trending down now Hopefully our defense keeps it up
It might be better if Hoyer isn't cleared. I'm not sure the Texans win last night if he doesn't get knocked out of the game.
Hoyer did nothing to deserve to lose his job last night. He led a nice goal line drive in the first half that should have yielded a TD, but we decided to get cute with the playcalling. Yates came in and did well, but his TD was a function of Nuk being great. He made several throws that were cringe worthy too. I was sure a few would have been picked but they weren't, thank goodness.
