Very good route runner. Would rather him in the slot , but he has the ability to match up against bigger corners on the outside. Versatility!
Man I thought he would be cheaper than that. Interested to see what the second year guarantee looks like.
Kevin Walter got a 5 year $21 million dollar contract before with the Texans so I would call this a win.
Wonder how much is guaranteed. Regardless I'm sure its basically a one year deal and he can be cut in the second year if he doesn't pan out
I can't argue with 2 year deals for that kind of money for players that have shown they can contribute in this league. I used to have Cecil in fantasy the year he had his best year so I watched plenty of Jags football that year and if the Texans can get that Cecil this will be an absolute steal.
Now it shouldn't be hard getting at least one more solid free agent now that we look STOUT on defense in my opinion. How in the world can you block Watt, Wilfork, Mercillus and sometimes Crick straight up? Not to mention Cushing lurking in the bushes and hopefully Clowney back at some point...jeez

I remember feeling afraid every single time andre was tackled. He came up limping almost every time in recent seasons. I'm so glad I don't have to deal the emotional distress of watching that anymore.
Immediately becomes our second best WR. Would still like someone with more speed, especially if Mallets are is as live as it looked last year.
