Would he trade Aiken for Rodon? If you're going to cherry-pick "mistakes", at least get them right. I just feel like every single mistake that Conger makes gets everybody's panties in a bunch... and most backup catchers are exactly what they are (or in some cases, like the pennant winning Astros, their starting catcher is exactly who he is). And in the end, if this front office feels they need a backup catcher who can handle the pitching staff well in a part-time role, just as he would in a full-time role, that's what you go with.
