50-60 is average for any team, so 70 really isn't that far off average, 30 is amazing, 12 is portland 13-14

I'm not especially superstitious, except when it comes to the Rockets and the NBA. I think it's bad ju-ju to bet on another team's bad luck with injuries. God knows we've had an absurd amount of bad luck in that department ourselves. I like Plowman, but not this particular idea. A better argument, in my opinion, is that put forth by mfastx. The Pelicans are in the West and, like the Rockets more than once in the past, and the Suns just last season, NOLA can have a good record, an easy playoff gig in the East, and sitting at home when the playoffs roll around. I don't see them making the playoffs, and I think that pick has real value.

But if there's any PG / PF deal to be made, I'd say we're probably in a holding pattern until December 15th, when your Jason Terrys, your Papanikolaus, your second-raters (Dorsey, Adrien) can be included in a deal. It's easy for folks to get on and give opinions, even to be downright insulting in the process ...when there is no downside risk.... I just wanted to note that this one single thread is approaching 1.5 MILLION views. Most WEBSITES alone don't garnish that many page clicks in a large amount of time.
