Derek Fisher has always seemed like a nice guy off the court. But on the court, he can join Eugene in hell (Preacher reference anyone?!)

Fisher is shady as hell.

From using his daughters illness to get out of a trade.

To telling a team he would retire, to get bought out... only to sign with another club days later.

To losing his job as head coach for commenting on and hitting on his OWN players wives....

To telling another NBA players kids to call him "dad" at the mans house while banging his wife AND posting pictures of himself smiling with another players family.

Fisher is a con man...... but a great con man.

I have no hard feelings about the Fisher trade. We got what we wanted out of it, a pick that we'd later flip in the Harden package. It was the best thing for everyone that Fisher never suited up, after all he'd done in his career it would have been an insult to Rockets fans.

 

The trade was made to get a 1st.
Fisher was there just to match salariers.

Wait a second. He didn't feel right taking the Rockets money if he couldn't go all out for them, but he had no problem at all taking their money in the form of a buyout to go play for another team?

That makes no sense. "Guys I can't accept your money and half-ass it, but I sure as hell can accept your money and zero-ass it."
