With Conley you have to ask yourself how much of a priority intangibles are to you because that's essentially what you're paying for. Conley is a stabilizer. Not the type of player that's going to drop 30 or carry the team or heroball his club to a victory. He's a glue guy. A fantastic two-way player, no doubt, but one that's also going to be very, very expensive.
