I like how everyone is trying to control the narrative as to what exactly is going on..... the left on this very boards is trying to argue that this is a wonderful peaceful protest, a magical necessary event for our democracy. The right is trying to argue that there is absolute chaos with black animals systematically destroying their own neighborhoods.

This idea that there is a single narrative is absurd.... this is about a lot of things, some justified and some not..... just avoid the bucket-o-bricks.

Nah, they feel like having a bit of fun and using this as an excuse to steal and vandalize. This is no more ideologically based than a sports riot for the most part. Few if any of the rioters actually care about the dead kid.

Now that said, I'm sure there is some rage involved, people love blaming others for their problems and there's a good bet that some rioters blame "white people" or "the man" or "rich people" for the lives they've created for themselves.....but that still has nothing to do with the dead kid. It's just dumb people turning into dumb and violent people.

I didn't know you were black. You have no clue how these people feel. Not excusing their actions because I've heard about them doing really stupid things (Looting a shoe store for a bunch of Jordans) but please don't think you know anything about being black, poor and a Baltimore resident.

 

Stop making everything against the law

Remove Weed from the drug list and the amount of crime plummets
Remove Prostitution, etc
