Can we get bruce bowen?

    is he still avalible? he can be our Elie.... I feel we can get him with his combination of defense 3pt shot and JVG coaching we will be a title contender.. I think a player like him is the missing piece.

    I'd rather we get a player like Jim Jackson who plays D, shoots 3s and hits his freethrows.

    He's not a better defender though. I don't think he's a better shooter either, but I could be wrong.

    However, offensively, JJ is light years ahead of Bowen. His rebounding is better.

    What is the deal with everyone getting mad at bowen??
    I am a Houston Rockets fan living in San Antonio and I see him play tough defense all the time...I assure you he is not as dirty as the media makes him out to be....old school tough defense is a rarity nowadays. He is actually seems to be quite a nice guy.
