Once Lebron gets legs back and Love finds his shot, the Cavs' offense will be like the Spurs on steroids.

Now if they get above average D, they'll be the team to be bar none.

Looks like Cavs want to top Mavs and Pelican for a new beatdown!

Lebron and Marion cause a lot of disruption though defensively.

Great defense is due to team defense, not individual defense. The Cavs right now don't have good team defense, and that includes Lebron.

    But that takes time.

I don't think this Cavs team will be as great as the Heat defensively, but they can be above average. And with that offense, that could be enough.

Now Imagine they add Ray Allen to that offense mid season too. Their offense would be devastating.

Yeah they're going to be a better offensive team than the Heat when they hit full stride, but defensively I do think they'll grow to be average to above average.

I think people slam Kyrie too hard for not being good on defense, he does look at least in this game that he's working hard on the defensive end.

Really don't see how Thompson and Waiters fit though in this team though. Neither do anything great, I would try and trade either of them for a defensive specialist.

Don't want to bump the Portions as a Mav thread but the role player has started off 0-3. No idea why he takes more shots than Dirk or have it all.

You can tell Dion Waiters just hates not getting the ball on fast breaks

Brewer 1 for 7 so far vs Mavs.

And you people want to blame Parsons for his 51 point game.
