Do you view Xavier Henry as a SF? I've always envisioned him playing the two, which would be hard to do in LA with Eric Gordon there.. Just a thought. Also, the Hornets have Okafor/West on their front line with an aging Peja on the perimeter -- I could see them perhaps looking at Paul George.
I see Henry being able to make a smooth transition to SF in the NBA. I think he could play SG or SF. As for the Hornets, that pick came down to Paul George and Cole Aldrich for me. I decided on Aldrich because of the fact that the Hornets have a surplus of wings and the emergence of Marcus Thornton and outside of Okafor and West, the Hornets have no reliable big men. Also, New Orleans was towards the bottom in rebounds this season and Aldrich is a rebounding machine. Also, New Orleans was in the top 10 in 3pt made and 3pt % so no need for a three point shooter.
A few problems I have with the mock. -Why does Bradley slip so far? Personally I think he could go as early as #13 to Toronto or in the early 20s at the latest. -What is your reasoning for the Celtics pick? With their core aging, why would they take a long term project like Alabi who might not even pan out? -I also disagree with Warren going in the second round. He was disappointing this year for sure but his talent and potential should easily make him first round bound.
