I know around Christmas time Wal-Mart was running a special to get some free Blu-Ray movies when you purchase a PS3. Just wondering if anything like that is going on right now.

Also, in a completely unrelated note....I'm going to Damian's for Valentine's day and know absolutely nothing about Italian wines. Somebody hook me up with a good recommendation. We both like reds, usually Cabs.

Tignanello is a fantastic wine. I believe it is a super tuscan which essentially is a cab chianti blend but from terrific grapes of both vintages.

The price is high but the delivery is worth it.

I love Damian's...Haven't been there in years...mmm...Any wine for $30 - $40 will be fine...you and your date will not notice the difference at a higher price with dinner...

As for the PS3, funny, a friend of mine called today from Austin and said Wal-mart had the 80gig for $499...I told him to go ge that bad boy ASAP...

    ???

That's the normal price for the 80GB PS3 AFAIK. Though if he wants a 80GB PS3, it may not be a bad idea to get one relatively soon (though there seems to be plenty in stock at Walmart.com).

Some game mags are expecting price drop in the middle of the year, when newer models with smaller chips get sent in.

Perhaps there won't be a drop, but more stuff they'll add on.
