which one would it be and why?

I haven't traveled around the world much but I've noticed houston has jack when it comes to outdoors. I want to see some mountains, ride a hill, boat, surf, desserts. .

I've been to destin and colorado but I need a mix of both worlds.

    Denver. Skiing every weekend.

Only reason I didn't pick San Francisco is because of the traffic.

    Somewhere just outside of Seattle.
Would love to live in the city but the traffic there is horrendous.

Vancouver is also nice, but that's Canada.

    Boston or outside of it.

Great weather during the summers. I like seafood and they have quite a bit of it. Passionate sports fans. There were more fans at TD Garden at one of the game I went to this April than your typical Houston Rockets game.Oh, and public transportation is neat because it actually works there.

Would be Portland (OR) for me, even though i could never pull for the Blazers that much.

Or Austin pre 1995 or so. :)

I would move back to Lima, Peru.
Even for all the negatives (traffic sucks, gray weather for 9 months, dirty and ugly) I had a great time while I was there and it was a convenient hub for travelling to the rest of Peru and southern South America.

Problem solved if you get a scooter/motorcycle. Great city for owning a bike.

Reasons are cheap and high quality weed, tall people, good economy, nice taxes, better social and civic services, mass transit, and the hookers. Amsterdam also has some great housing stock. Dream would be to get a cool three or four story home on one of the canals there.

    Honolulu

Or any city in Oahu, really, as long as I'm in biking distance to the beach. Was there for a week recently and loved it. Best vacation I've ever been on. Pretty outside, never cold, great wildlife, beautiful views all around*. So many things to see and do; so easy to be active. Very low unemployment, not as near as many fat people, low violent crime rate.

    *Well... outside of Honolulu

For me I would add incredible museums and remove the weed and hookers.

Probably one of the beach towns near Los Angeles or Orange County. Newport Beach, Manhattan Beach, etc.

Was joking on the hookers, but never the weed. That there Amsterdam weed is awesome. Smoke and check out those awesome museums they have. Plus, Rotterdam is a short train ride away and is a pretty cool city itself. It's too bad Hitler blew up all of their history. If Amsterdam can have subways with many areas of the city being below sea level, I don't know why Houston can't in some areas.
