    Rockets in: Jared Sullinger

Rockets out: Terrence Jones, Robert Covington

I think sully would be an upgrade over TJ. Plus Sully can make 3s much more consistently.

    Rox Ennis and Markieff Morris
Phx Terry (can not be traded with another player) and NOP pick
    Then
Dmo and the rights to Lull for a 2nd round pick that never will happen

Start Morris next to Howard with Jones logging heavy minutes as a change of pace player
Let Johnson and Ennis fight for playing time while the other grows d league moving them back and forth through out the season.

The Morris Bros. are both about to sign long-term extensions. Phoenix is gonna be tough for the Rockets to trade with, personnel-wise.

It is like every front line player on the team is 6'9" except Howard and DMo. I think we need more size up front.

Why don't some of you put together trades that would yield us a $23 million traded player exception and a first round draft pick to use as sweetener to entice a team to trade us their disgruntled superstar?

    A $23 million TPE is a lot better than a $10 million non-guaranteed contract.

    In December: Three-way trade

EDIT: With retouching here and there as needed (draft picks and whatnot)......

    To Phoenix:

    New Orleans 2015 1st rounder
    Jason Terry (expiring contract)
Josh Powell (cap crap expiring contract)
    Troy Daniels (or) Nick Johnson
    2nd rounder maybe?

    To Chicago:

    Terrence Jones
    A Sacramento second rounder

    To Houston:
    Eric Bledsoe
Taj Gibson (into the TPE, as a "separate trade" for the aforementioned 2nd rounder)

Taj Gibson wants to be a starter and won't be in Chi-town. Chicago might need to shed some salary after they extend Jimmy Butler.

Bledsoe got his fifth year but there has been no fanfare in Phoenix about re-signing him; and do they need eighteen point guards (two would be maxed out after Goran gets his $$$).

Obviously this could be adjusted if I'm "too-little" here, "too-much" there.

Love the part where we get Gibson...

Hate the part where we let Johnson go (got a feeling this kid is going to be real good)...

I'm still not sold on Bledsoe... Too many injuries already in a younger career.. As talented as Rose is, he's hurt the bulls more than help them..

What would it take to get David West here? I think hes the exact type of player we need on this team, automatic mid range jumper and leadership. Since the pacers know this year is a down year, hopefully we could jump on that.

It would take them being rational, but that won't happen. They are in denial. Maybe if their season goes to hell, he could be a deadline trade.

Larry Bird is very rational. If he can't get a deal for Hibbert done that allows Indy to rebuild and compete then he'll most likely move West sometime during the season to a contender.

Ainge is unlikely to agree to this. Bass is worth more than that.
