The odds take into account the East being an easier path to the finals. The Bulls are a damned good team- maybe you missed basketball?
Because neither the Clippers nor the Rockets have much of a chance to win it all. More casual fans of the NBA are more willing to drop $20 on the Clippers to win it all than the Rockets while in Vegas, so they take that into account when calculating the odds as well. You're taking it personally that they set the odds this way. Vegas is very very good and setting odds that bring them the most action while they still come out ahead. They make picks of popular teams "sexier" to draw more action. As long as Clips have Blake and CP3, they will still draw a lot of interest.
