Watching a story on the Piston's championship team of a couple years ago, I was wondering.... Who was better in his prime, Rasheed or Derrick Coleman? I didnt get to see Coleman play in his prime, but I always heard he underachieved his physical talents.

Statistically speaking, Coleman was the better player.

hard to say, coleman had a more typical career with a peak, plateau, decline...while sheed was more erratic. Sheed also had trouble giving 100% consistently..so it's hard to say when Sheed's prime really was

You can't go wrong with either... I give Sheed the edge because of his post D.

Coleman was better at his peak. But Wallace had a longer prime.

I would take Derrick Coleman at his best vs. Rasheed at his best. Rasheed has had a better career and has been way more consistent with a bigger positive impact on his team than DC ever had. But if we are talking about just one game with each at their very best then I go with DC.

Pretty much this. Even in his later years, Coleman was pretty serviceable.

This says it all. Coleman could have been a superstar if he wasn't such a knucklehead.
