Along with my main man Joe Dumars. Anyone think they will get in this time?

I remember hearing the full list this weekend, it was pretty stacked IIRC. Nique should be a no brainer, but he's been robbed over the years (1988 Dunk Contest in Chicago, NBA's list of 50 Greatest, etc).

Is Dantley finally gonna make it in? Is he a finalist?

If Dominique's 27,000 points doesn't get him in the hall, I don't know what will.

Why isn't he in already? Anyone who has scored as many points as Dominique should be a no brainer first ballot.

He should have also been the top 50 over that stupid slut Pippen.

dominique's been screwed by the NBA his entire career.

slam dunk contest, dream team, nba 50 greatest...he's gotta get his dues.

man, i'm glad josh smith paid respect to him in the dunk contest...he deserves it. i love nique

exactly. Nique has been done wrong to no end.

The basic reason for the snub was he was an all flash guy that never could take his highly popular game and turn his team into a contender (like Jordan did). Really sad that he's been shunned so much.

I'm a rocket fan through and through, but if a guy like Calvin Murphy (I know, I know, his college career counts too) can make it into the hall of fame, it's a crime that there should even be questions about Dominique.

Wilkins was on the 1994 World Championship team. He won a gold medal with them I believe.

From a report long ago that I read, the reason why Dominique was shunned from the Top 50 list was that he decided to dump the NBA (I think after his season with the Clippers) to play in Greece. David Stern must be one spiteful mofo.

pretty much just a repeat of what everyone has said:

Yeah, 'Nique has been screwed over a few times by the L

Yeah, it was freaking awsome what Josh Smith did @ this years dunk contest.

Yeah, I will have an ulsur if 'Nique isn't in after this year.

and on a side note, I HATE it when people compare Vince Carter to 'Nique. Nique was THE "Human Highlight Reel." End of discusion. Vince did cool stuff, that was defly outa this world, but 'Nique was an original. Vince needs to prove himself a little more to get that kind of respect- from me at least.

What a crock of sh-t, the basketball writers should be ashamed. There are so many chumps who couldn't carry Dominique's jock in the basketball HOF - it's an embarrassment.
