Honestly I think only p*rn-actresses and felons have trouble getting teaching jobs if they have the education, state creds and geographic flexibility. It's a legally mandated public service that most qualified grads for whatever reason don't pursue in favor of private sector professional roles, so there's always a shortage somewhere. I think most of your prime qualified teachers are either nurses, coaches, salespeople, pastors/public speakers or in HR somewhere.

 

Those are very fair points but I still have trouble justifying hiring a teacher who posts a picture of herself "eating out." She might have all the education they want but that's a huge red flag for someone who will be around students throughout the day. If a priest/pastor had posted the same photo would they be trusted to be left alone with someone? Just an honest question.
