Funny this thread came up, I've been working on a project at work to evaluate and choose a new analytics tool to replace WebTrends. I did test out Urchin, but I ranked it near the bottom of my list. I think what you're talking about is the hosted version, which is totally different. I've been looking for something we could install locally. For what it's worth, we've been looking for something that would give basic usage info to the customers, but also be beneficial to our group (server administrators.) So far I've been really impressed with a tool called WhosOn
