ISIS execute 13 football fans by firing squad for watching Iraq play Jordan on TV in Islamist-controlled Mosul

ISIS militants have executed 13 teenage boys for watching the Asian Cup football match between Iraq and Jordan last week.
The young football fans had been caught watching the game on television in the Iraqi city of Mosul, which is controlled by the Islamic State.
The teenagers were rounded up and publicly executed by a firing squad using machine guns, anti-ISIS activist group Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently reports.

They said the 13 teenagers were rounded up by ISIS militants in the Al-Yarmouk district of Mosul, and executed in public.
The boys' 'crime' - breaking religious laws by watching football - was read out on a loudspeaker before their executions.

The news of the horrifying execution of the teenagers comes just days after ISIS released a video showing two men being thrown off the top of a tower block in Mosul.
Charges found against the accused were announced by a masked Islamic State fighter, using a small handheld radio.
Reading from a list, he declares the men are guilty of engaging in homosexual activities and should be punished by death, in accordance with Islamic State's radical interpretation of Sharia law.
The Iraq-Jordan Asian Cup game, which took place in Brisbane, Australia last Monday, saw midfielder Yaser Kasim, who plays for Swindon Town in the third tier of English football, give Iraq a 1-0 win.

These acts have gotten so out of hand. How can the world just allow this to happen? What is the answer to stopping these acts?

These sick ****s are twisted. There's nothing to understand. Its not about religion. They've been treated like animals for most of their lives and now they're behaving worse than animals.

That's not actually true. Many of the ISIS terrorists have not been treated like animals. They actually grew up in France, in the UK, in Germany, and had all the freedom in the world, and yet they decided to go to Iraq and Syria and murder people in the name of Islam. For them, it is 100 % about religion. Don't try and excuse the fascist ideology of political Islam in this.

About their interpretation of the world, of their religion, of themselves. Its about them. Keep it to them. Generalize them to includes other that don't share their views and you lose your voice.

I'm not sure what you are trying to say, but it's a fact that they share the same goal of instituting a strict sharia with large percentages, and, in some countries, a majority of the Muslim population. So you are making it too easy for yourself if you say it's just a few.

False. Like always. You are possibly one of the worst bigots on this board. There is nothing in Islam against watching sports. Obviously these people are following something that is not Islam. Just because they say it is does not make it true. They are trying to push their agenda and they will do it by any means necessary.

If I murdered a bunch of people and said the constitution told me to, it does not make it true.

They call themselves the Islamic State. Their goal is to institute strict sharia law. Who agrees with them on that goal? Many:

The particular instance of murdering children for watching football might not be "covered" by what the large majority believes to be a rule directly derived from Islam (but they say so anyway) - but what about their murders of homosexuals just the day before?

Iraq: Isis cruelty graphically revealed in gay man's savage rooftop execution in Mosul

The Islamic State [IS] group has released photographs that allegedly show the final moments before a man is thrown from the roof of a building in the Iraqi city of Mosul as punishment for being gay.

The photos were uploaded to Justpaste.it by jihadists and circulated on social media sites by IS-affiliated accounts.

The photo shows a man about to be pushed to his death by two IS militants and another shows that a large crowd had gathered to watch below.

Some of the photos cannot be published because of their graphic nature, with one showing the man's body on the ground after being thrown from the top of the building in Mosul.

Other photographs show a jihadist in a black balaclava reading the man's sentence after a Sharia court had given its verdict.

A caption on another photo, which shows the victim being held by his executioner, reads that the man is being punished with "Hadd", which is determined in the Koran.

The caption continues to read that the man had committed a crime of the "people of Lot", which means that he is alleged to have committed sodomy and must be "thrown from a high place" as punishment.

Last November, the group stoned two men to death in the Syrian city of Raqqa after alleging that they were homosexuals.

It was the first such execution IS had conducted against individuals for their sexuality, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

In another incident last December, jihadists threw a gay man off of a rooftop and then stoned him to death for the crime of blasphemy as ordered by their own Islamic court.

    Answer the question, trustme:

What is the proper sanction for homosexuality under Sharia law?

    Answer it.

That your current voice is and will never be heard by most, except for like-minded folks, which I hope is limited. Carry on.

Twisting words once again. Useless to have a discussion with you. You're a lost cause.

Anyway, my last post here. The post was about watching football being punishable under sharia. You simply posted a graphic that showed who wants sharia law and who doesn't. Watching football is not a sin. Therefore, ISIS isn't even following sharia, or Islam. They are following their own religion and idk what they call it. Just because they have "Islamic" in their name doesn't mean they are Islamic. So go spend the rest of your pathetic life obsessing over their religion that kills children for watching football.

Killing people over watching a sports game is religion ? It takes leaps and bounds to come to that conclusion. ISIS is a parasite trying to knock out anybody who stands in their fight for power. If it really is religion I'd like you to find me an example of this by people we don't consider to be bat **** crazy and where it is accepted by the public. Most of the people they are killing are those who hold the " same faith" as them btw

Whether ya'll like it or not they are doing all of these acts under the banner/flag of Islam. Islam has been hijacked and anyone who truly cares about Islam needs to step up and do something about it. Where are the governments and leaders, the champions of Islam, where are they? Where are the Islamic armies and troops? Where is the Arab League and their plan to protect their region and religion?

Serious question, why are real Muslims letting fake Muslims do this to their precious Islam?
