Jeremy Lamb sounded dumber than dirt in all his interviews. This one is just ridiculous lol.

Ingram's specialty is spreading whatever info/rumors his agent "sources" gives him, mostly to promote their own agenda. No doubt many of them do not like Morey playing hardball on contracts and don't want other teams to emulate. They make their dough getting $40 mil, $50 mil deals for the likes of Maggette, Tyrus Thomas, Gana Diop, etc.

Sure, you prefer agents liking you, but having them not liking you isn't a bad thing if it is for the right reason.

Are you serious? If you're life is basketball, these are easy questions. Interviews are how a lot of players stock goes down.

    Thank you. Well stated.

And Ingram just gives this a titty twist because he's so anti-Morey.

As far as "failing to deliver", a frontcourt of Pau Gasol, Nene, and Chuck Hayes, if overpriced (and losing Dragic before knowing how good he is) would have been markedly better. If nothing else, a bold move.

Well said. Jeremy Lin isn't a terrible backup PG as a consolation prize either.

Uh, why are you sad? Agents are hired by players to bump up their contracts as much as possible. The agents probably think the Rockets are clueless because they wouldn't bow down to the agents and make all sorts of concessions. I'm pretty sure if you ask the agents who the best GMs they're gonna start with Isiah Thomas and Otis Smith

Very accurate. Playing clueless to an agent, and actually being clueless are two totally different things Billy.

Ingram does his own reputation damage when he continually comes out with erroneous claims about Morey and the Rockets front office with ZERO meat to his story to back up his claims. I understand that if he has "sources" he's not going to give up their names, but when he is constantly the only person out there making claims with NO QUOTES about how he was told this or that it just makes him look bitter, silly, and focused on his agenda of bad-mouthing Morey because he got his feelings hurt years ago. Its pathetic.

I am pretty sure there are agents put there talking to the likes of Ingram. Dan Fegan, the agent to KMart, CLee and Dwight Howard, is likely annoyed with the Rockets now. But it's a business and you play hard ball sometimes. Fegan himself played hardball to try and get his client Yi to a big market.

Wow, I believe that is the dumbest interview a player ever gave. Somebody correct me if there's dumber material out there.

I'm hearing Draymond Green dominated against Nichollson and Royce White in recent workouts.

Not very many neurons spinning around up there in that dome, that's for sure. I've felt this guy was a flop for a while now.

Hard to believe I thought Jeremy Lamb might be a stud after his freshman year. After year 2, ain't no way. He's a lazy bust waiting to happen.

In addition to what's been quoted above, he actually said, "I don't look at the mock drafts". Is he dumb enough to think anyone believes that? Or is he actually so dumb he doesn't look at mock drafts? Either way is :confused::confused:.

If you believe all this chatter out there, there is a chance Lamb could fall to #14.

His media interviews were far from impressive (and led me to question my selection of Lamb as one of the 3 guys of this draft I really like), but at #14 he's a no-brainer IMO.

That's very interesting. I'd like to know the source on that. I watched him drills yesterday and came away feeling like he doesn't have much of a chance to make it in the NBA.

However, this is one guy that plays the game the right way and he loves to scrum at the hoop and outrebounds most guys that are bigger and athletically superior to him. He's got a lot of heart and this is the type of guy I'm rooting for. High bball iq, great attitude, great skillset. The only thing holding him back is the limitations of his body and athleticism.

Lots of players say they don't look at mock drafts.
