    I was hoping the Blackfish would be a bit younger, he looks like he's Selmy's age here.

    Same here, Shireen's pretty much an afterthought now.

    I thought it was so good I actually laughed. This guy totally looks like he'd set his sword on fire. I think Thoros was described as portly so that'd be inaccurate.

    Are they saving the casting of Mance for it's own announcement? Damn I wish Winds of Winter would come out already.

    I believe he's supposed to be around Selmy's age, maybe a few years younger. They fought together in the War of the Ninepenny Kings.

    The Shireen thing, when Melisandre mentioned Stannis specifically having no sons, I took that as a hint that Shireen may show up at some point. Hopefully she doesn't bring Patchface with her.

    I think they're filming the Iceland stuff later, so he may not have even been cast yet. Vargo Hoat is definitely being cast too, so there are some roles that have yet to be filled. And who knows what their plans are for Bolton's kid.

    I thought Jojen and Meera characters were going to be cut since they didn't have them as part of the trip north. So how are they going to introduce them now?

    I can't imagine it would be too difficult. They can meet up on the road north, Jojen can say he had a green dream about Winterfell burning or something.
