Its getting toward that time again. LEAGUE URL: http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/12823 I will be setting a draft time soon. Name your keepers here. You may keep one player and one player only. You may keep the same player you kept last year, but there is a 2 year cap on kept players. You will not be able to keep the same player for 3 consecutive years. You lose your latest round draft pick in exchange for that keeper. Also - Rednation, Kam, fade, Mcnulty and somebody else you still haven't signed up. Sign up now or quit like little b****es, I don't care. Once the league is full, I can finalize the rosters and run a draft lottery. Reminder: You can still trade players from last season for draft picks, but you must keep draft picks traded even. Both teams must give up the same number of draft choices in a deal.
LeSean McCoy is available. He gets 54 touches a game. So is Josh Gordon, best fantasy player ever, never gonna see the field. But you get cool points if you roster him.
Trade between moes and Max Power moes trades: 8th round pick Max Power trades: Montee Ball 16th round pick Montee Ball is now my keeper.
One idea is to split the lottery into halves. Have a lottery for picks 7 through 12 for teams with top 6 keepers, and everyone else is entered into the lottery for picks 1-6. List would be based on yahoo ADP for players.
This would be my proposal. The lottery will be split into 2 separate drawings. The first lottery will be for teams whose keeper selection is NOT within the top 6 according to yahoo's ADP for standard leagues. I know this is a PPR, but usually that doesn't make too much of a difference within the top 6. So based on that list, anyone who is keeping one of the following players is NOT eligible to be entered into the lottery for the #1 pick. http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/12823/draftanalysis?pos=ALL 1.) Jamaal Charles 2.) LeSean McCoy 3.) Adrian Peterson 4.) Eddie Lacy 5.) Matt Forte 6.) Calvin Johnson If your keeper is not one of these players, you will be entered into the lottery for picks 1 through 6. If you have one of these players as your keeper, you will be entered into the 2nd lottery for picks 7-12. Should one of these players not be kept. Then 7 teams would be entered into the top pick lottery. (For example a team that has Matt Forte and chooses to keep another player not in the top 6, they would then be able to go into the top pick lottery). This is to ensure that the team who is keeping a top player cannot also gain the #1 pick and gain an unfair advantage. Now I understand things can happen. Injuries can happen that might knock a player out of this list. If one of your said keepers happens to be injured before the draft happens and keepers have already been locked, I will allow a mercy exception in that case. Of course, after the draft happens you're SOL. I will now field comments or concerns about this system. If no one has issue with it, it will be implemented and bound as a new league rule.
Didn't read, but saw Lacy & McCoy on a list so I don't like it. Lulz. JK - sounds fair and progressive.
Fade and McNulty are the last two teams that haven't signed up. You have 2 weeks or I will hold a lottery for potential replacements. In the meantime you others can start naming keepers.
