Thanks for sharing. I dont think even Morey knew we would be getting a future MVP candidate from OKC.

Looks like Butler looks up to him.

Future teammate perhaps? Come home Jimmy.

A long read and no one mentioned the real way to stop Harden. Have the refs swallow their whistles and not call fouls for Harden.

The "step back jumper" that Harden has added to his offensive game has been a HUGE addition. Like Hakeem always said, make sure to have a "counter move" to your main move. Now Harden can counter the drive with the step back.

Also worth noting that Jimmy Butler mentioned, that defense is all about "energy" and Harden has SO MUCH of a load to deal with offensively (being the PG and SG) that it can take away from his defensive intensity. Not enough national media people bring this up and it is unfair.

Everyone loves Klay Thompson's defense. But take Curry off the floor, have Thompson be the PG/SG on offense and see how he does defensively then.

The only people who can actually stop Harden are the refs. When they take it upon themselves to actively NOT call blatant fouls, they are far more effective than any one player could hope to be against James.

Be physical, give him no space, force him right, attack him on offense

The best way to stop him would be to put him in a stagnant offense and give some of his touches to posting up a guy who isn't good at posting up.

How to stop Harden? Quick double team him to make him give up the ball. League is taking the notice.

Completely clog the lane so he's forced to throw it to the bricklayers around the perimeter.

Thanks Butler but i hope Harden drops 40+ on him tonight. Can't believe idiots had Butler in the best SG in the league conversation early in the season.

But you're welcome to come back home and play for the Rockets Jimmy

Shade the whole team towards him and make the rest of the Rockets hit shots

Interesting they didn't talk to the guy who stopped him best on the biggest stage, Wesley Matthews.

    Great read Sizzle.

All of them forgot to mention the refs and stack the paint leaving no driving lanes.

Most likely a troll, but I will bite. I am guessing you are NOT a Rockets fan and missed the game where he blew up Matthews and Co for a tune of 44 points on 14-26 shooting.

The best way to stop a great offensive talent is just to deny him the ball, its hard to score without many touches. And If he receives it send a hard double.James is the only guy I've noticed in the league right now that gets triple teamed.

How do you stop James harden?

Kerr: Yeah we just have three different guys commit assault and battery on him on his way to the basket. I mean, the refs can't call everything, right?

The New Jazz, ladies and gents! Everyone give a big hand to Danny Crawford and his band of blind, corrupt zebras!
