In two years, we'll look back and remember that time CP peaked, we got him for his best value, and when DAL overpaid for him in the hilarious attepmt to try to bait the almighty Morey, and Ariza+ Bev leading a suffocating perimeter D to take us to the promised land.

Side note: I was at this game and the crowd became increasing anxious with each trey shot. By the 8th or so three, we were very vocal and collectively groaned whenever he touched the ball. If you look at the score, we were up by ~20 until his 7 threes in the 3rd nearly brought them back. Agonizing at the time, but hilarious in retrospect.

interesting that many of those 3s were from the wing since that Goldsberry chart showed that was a weak spot for him... hopefully he doesn't take to many of those shots this time around.

I think he will be just as impactful as Chandler was, CP can put it on the floor better and his decent midrange game is also an undervalued asset but Ariza's D is much needed and he is the better value at this point in his career.

Overall I'm not to concerned about a drop off, but we really need a back up big man!
