Maybe after watching how Kobe is playing this season and how he is showing pure will and carriying a team DMO has been inspired. I mean look how hard he's working and improving every game.

I don't think it's over confidence. It was more of a joke than anything. Additionally, I want him to be confident. I take cockiness over shyness everyday. Ask MJ, Shaq, Barkley, even Hakeem. Confidence is necessary.

I love Dmo and I think he will be infectious. He is getting better every game. I noticed it myself earlier but it was nice to hear coach say when DMo makes mistakes he makes up for them with hustle. Not to bash Morris and PPat but consistency was there best attribtes. They had lesser lows but definitely lesser highs. And watching Marcus score 5 point and get 0 boards made it clear going forward dumping him was the right move.
