Notice Warren made zero attempt to fight for her amendment. She was all talk.

 

Sounds like once again Cruz just being a self serving dick. Even his own party hates the guy.

It really makes no sense. The only thing this did was allow about dozen of Obama's judges be confirmed and piss off republicans.

I truly think there is a contingent of people in Texas (and on this board) that like Cruz for the sole reason of him being a prick in congress and to the President.

 

Texans benefit from great resources, and the luckier the" I got Mine"
the greater the "screw the rest of y'all".

 

Cruz never maligns any of his colleagues, never singles out any GOP senator for criticism (even though they disparage him constantly).

All he does is pressure other senators to act on their campaign promises, and they hate him for it. That makes him a "jerk".

Notice most of the senators that voted with Cruz are up for election in 2016. That's not an accident.

He's making them respond to their constituents, and it ticks them off.

 

Ted Cruz tries to score garbage points, and lies his way to doing it to create rhetoric flourish that neither advances policy, nor heightens the level of debate in the chamber. He's either less intelligent that you and Carville claim he is, or he is deliberately being obstructive, and playing loose with the facts. I don't see why people don't like him.

It doesn't matter how well educated or accomplished you are if you are a complete and total *******.
