    How can our new Head Coach make such remarks the he would welcome Dwight Howard back, especially when the Houston Rockets Organization including the owner Les wants to get rid of him
    Surely if we are going to get new blood in the form of free agents we must get rid of Howard

    How are you so sure that Les wants to get rid of him? I am sure if they can get Dwight to return on a cheaper contract (assuming his market is not as high as he would have thought), I am sure Les, Morey, and MDA would welcome him back. He is still a top 10 Center in the league.

    Maybe Mike D'Antoni is trying to be diplomatic. What else would you expect him to say? Any coach in this league would've said the same thing

    In fairness, this isn't the MOST insane criticism of D'Antoni that I've seen posted here in the past couple of weeks.

    A new HC, or any really, would be stupid to say otherwise. Not good PR at all. They already know he's on his way out, anyway. Just be nice and let it happen..
