New Jersey. The best team in the East by far has the fifth lowest attendance figures.

Toronto. Carter has been injured, they are horrible, and it's Canada. I didn't think Canada was big into basketball, as the Grizzlies had horrible attendance.

Houston of course. Why does a team with 2 All-Star starters have the 3rd worst attendance?

The Rockets attendance is the most surprising, I think it'll go up throughout the season though. See the thing with Houston is that so many people have lost their jobs, which means that they would want to go to games but can't. Also, Houston sportsfans have already spent a lot of their disposble income on the Texans, with season tickets, single game tickets and apperal. I think that those factors will affect the Astros the most this upcoming season. One thing with the Rockets, their prices are okay, $13, $19.50 that's not too bad, especially with free parking, but when you want some better seats, like in the lower bowl, be prepared to pay at least $46, $59 a pop, and that's before the ticketmaster service charge. It makes it pretty much impossible for familys to out to the games on a consistent basis. I hope that with the new arean coming along this year they're able to have better seats avaliable at lower prices.

Surprising but not surprising. Last yr Toronto sold out 40 out of 41 games, this year just 8 so far. Another sell-out today vs the TWolves (19,800), but its still pretty damn impressive considering the record.

How big is Houston again??? How big IS that damn stadium the Texans play in, anyway??? With that sucker packed every game, and NO people going to more than a single game that leaves, what 2-3 million more people who live in about and around Houston who didn't spend dollar 1 on a Texan's game. No excuses can be made, Rockets fans are simply weak!! At least they're not the bandwagoners that Dallas has...Can anybody remember ANY Mavericks fans existing before '01??
