I've met Cecil. He was a nice guy. I told him I was really pulling for them back in '82; he laughed.

Here's hoping for lineup cards that don't include leadoff hitters with sub- .300 OBP and lineups that don't include Jason Lane, period.

If we can't beat Looper and Wells, I'll cry.

Like I said, we tend to lose to the worst teams, but we miraculously hold our own against the good teams. I don't get it either.

The season's over. Screw it, it's the Cardinals. I hope the Astros stomp them.

Me too... it would be nice to start winning more. Cecil could be the spark.

Right now, my goal for the Astros is to keep the Cardinals and the sCrUBS out of the playoffs. We've already done well in losing to the Brewers, if we can just finish it off by beating the Cards and Cubs I'll be happy. I'm a big Brew Crew fan from here on out.

I'd rather see the Cubs win than the Brewers. I really like Zambrano. He is completely psycho. He breaks bats on his knee. And he can hit. He's not too bad of a pitcher either.

I'm more of a Cubs fan myself, and Zambrano is one of my favorite pitchers.

anything to keep the cubs and cardinals out of the playoffs would be a fine consolation prize.
