Nope, still have Terry, Ariza and Brewer getting all of the SG, SF minutes. He will likely be traded in the off season, along with Brewer.
If they had done so since the beginning of the season, I'd imagine the Rockets record is about 4 or 5 games better.
One bad season out of multiple years of average seasons by Brewer doesn't make him a bad player. Frustrating no doubt, but having a group of wings of Ariza, Brewer, and KJ is pretty versatile, long, and athletic.
Hell it took Smith having cramps or whatever tonight to get Harrell in the game and he's the best PF on the roster.
Yes and no. I do wish KJ got more time to see what he can do. Coaches generally favor veterans like Brewer and Thornton over the "rookies". I get the logic of seeing if Brewer returns to his average in light of us trying to get in the playoffs. However, a new strategy is needed in light of the current situation.
