will be ok

Papanikolaou is non-guaranteed and Prigioni is 440K guaranteed
Heat could cut 9m salary in the trade, and we get backup PG/C and potential point guards

 

if chalmers and napier is the best we can do for backup pg, thats not good

 

Miami wants to salary dumb to get out of the lux tax. You dont have to throw real assets. The players are servicable anough tho that they wont require necessarilly a sweetener like napier so if you want him too gotta give up a minor asset like nick johnson.

Another very possible is ross for jones. But it wont solve much problems.

 

Kpap contract becomes guaranteed in octomber. After that he becomes negative value immediatelly. So he will get traded before that.

 

Why should we do it now during offseason? There is always more talks during mid-season when players say that they won't resign with team - you can get more for less.

 

his contract would be a huge trading piece before the deadline. besides he did ok for us last november then fell out of the rotation. but if smith comes back we'll have to do something cuz jones is also the a nice trading piece.

What would it take to get Ty Lawson? What would we have to give up? Would we have to make it a 3 way? (Call Hinkie)

 

We wouldn't HAVE to make it a 3 way but there's always the possibility. KPap, Jones, Dorsey, Prigs is nearly 9 million in Salary which is enough to bring in Lawson I believe. If not, Johnson too and then it's a done deal.

Out of all the serious trade proposals this guy actually gives a reason why the rockets and cavs should trade Ariza and Nick Johnson for Hayword expiring.

It's very hard to get the better of Angie in a deal. Getting Smart for Jones is going to be very tough. I expect Boston to retain Tyler Zeller too.
