Apparently these are just throwaway tracks from Drake.
His real album, after separating from Cash Money Records, is coming out in the summer. :)

Kendrick Lamar's "To Pimp a Butterfly" surprise dropped tonight at midnight. Apparently iTunes only has the clean version (this was true about an hour ago, don't know if it still is) but Spotify and probably a few other services have the whole album in full.

I really like it. It has a completely different feel than GKMC... more funky/jazzy... but I'm really enjoying it so far.

It looks like the song is already being used in the mainstream. It really is one of the best rap songs I've heard in a while.

Any thoughts on the 3 releases of March 24th?

Kendrick Lamar - To Pimp a Butterfly: I can appreciate good music, but I'm just not feeling this one. Section.80 and GKMC were miles better. Apparently TPAB was supposed to be a poem to Pac. 2deep4me. It's enjoyable music that sounds good, it really is. But, it just didn't click with me the way his other 2 albums did. Personally, Habits and Contradictions remains my favorite TDE album to date.

Positives: King Kunta, Alright, Blacker the Berry, i

Negatives: Nothing terrible really, just a lot of stuff I wasn't in love with. Like I said, I recognize that it's a good album, but just not for me, replay value is minimal aside from the 4 tracks above.

Action Bronson - Mr. Wonderful: Upbeat music about nothing. Lots of filler. Half the songs are instrumentals. With that being said, I really did like this album, his personality is what makes him and he knows it. A lot of his lyrics are random thoughts, obscure sports references, and punchlines. Probably my 2nd favorite release from AB behind Blue Chips 2.

Positives: Terry, Actin Crazy, Easy Rider, Made in America

Negatives: So much filler, songs could be cut in half and I feel like I wouldn't miss much.

Earl Sweatshirt - I Don't Like ****, I Don't Go Outside: Really dark album as a whole, reminds me of an unpitched Delusional Thomas, with more polished rapping. Very glad he dropeed the monotone in his voice from Doris, despite being a dark album. He's really learning how to put together a song, the fact the he produced every song is impressive as well. Maintained he hype from his features on Faces.

Positives: DNA, Wool, AM // Radio, Off the Top

Negatives: Can't think of much, really well put together album. It does start off kind of slow with the first 4 tracks, but really picks up on the back 6.

PRyhme is the best hip hop album out recently imo. Royce da 5'9 and the greatest producer ever!

And Drake??? I thought this was a hip hop thread, not pop?!?!?!
