Honestly am floored by how good Jake G was in this movie. Probably going to be an oscar nod and I won't be surprised if he wins it. Great overall movie, fantastic plot and the dialogue was the best I have seen in awhile some very memorable quotes to be made. 9.2/10
Spoiler He low key raped her She did well, but i think that was a product of Jake's character more so than her, this year movie scene is markedly better than last year Bird Man, Gone Girl, Nightcrawler... can't wait for Interstellar.
I went to an early screening of it a week ago in Boston and Jake Gyllanhaal was there lol it was crazy. Anyway I thought the movie was pretty good as well.
Spoiler What I didn't see coming is when the assailant/suspect shot and killed his partner after that awesome ass car chase scene. I liked his character too, he was this timid and scared guy who just went along for the ride and did everything he could and all he wanted was a raise. Jake's character really is an evil sonofabitch.
