    I went swimming last night.......I couldnt hold my breathe very long under water.

    used to be able to do it for about 2 minutes, but those cigs in 10th grade got the best of me

    maybe 30 secs now max :(

    Five minutes is not unheard of. Not that I could even dream about coming close. I would guess just above one minute for me.

    Were not talking about how long you can blow air out off your mouth. Anyone can circular breath forever if they want. I once held a note for 15 minutes on a bet when I was in high school.

    Hyperventilate for a minute before doing it--it'll increase your time drastically. Just held my breath for two and a half minutes.
