I live in cedar park and football is crazy here. Championship game 2 years in a row and now we have two schools in the district that are ranked in the top 10.

Im going to start looking into this thread. Football is way funner than basketball.

 

Which do you think is the best high school football movie? Varsity Blues, Friday Night Lights, Remember The Lights, etc.?

That Asian guy looks very familiar. Anybody keeping with this? Might go to a random playoff game since my son's future high school is not that good.

 

Haven't seen Friday night lights or titans. Varsity blues is sexy.. I would recommend Undefeated. After the movie I was trying to find out where are they now.

Hate to say it..but it doesn't matter who wins between North Shore and Dickinson this Friday in the Quarterfinals - neither one of them will get by Converse Judson in the Semi's. (Go North Shore! - Hope I'm wrong).

Even if Atascocita beats Westlake (unlikely) they won't beat Allen.

Our only true 6A hope for a title out of Houston is Katy or Manvel. I'm picking Katy by a touchdown in this game.

 

You realize Katy could be disqualified, right? I haven't seen an update on the situation, but there will be an emergency hearing. Prediction: Friendswood is reinstated, then they beat Manvel on a last-second 50 yard field goal/Hail Mary :grin:
