Lol, it's more that Duncan doesn't give a ****. SA has plenty of places (like any other city) to spend money, but Duncan doesn't give a ****. He basically has some hot model gf and has money that he'd probably rather spend on cars/property. I know his house and his custom car shops are pretty crazy.
that photo is actually a year old I'm sure he's cheap, but this was in lake travis, where he was probably vacationing..doubt he was looking for anything more than some extra clothes for the weekend.
