Off the field - all I do is bash this guy. Historically he's annoyed me. But good for him on this.

Good for him. Many people have too big of an ego to go out and get help - good for him to put his ego aside and saw a bigger picture for his life.

Good on him to seek out professional help for his mental health, too bad he couldn't look outside the family to find a professional physical trainer.

    Re:

As I've mentioned before I work in a dps driver license office. One day about a week ago I was busy processing my customers and my co worker next to me was helping this guy. She was telling him that he had to take a written & driver exam because his out of state license had expired. I wasn't paying too much attention. It's the same stuff I was basically doing, like everyday stuff. I heard the guy say something about New Mexico, and having a license from there that had recently expired.

Then he mentioned he had a gym. My ears perked up then. I started putting 2 & 2 together. I glanced over at his application and saw that his name was Abdul Foster, Arian's older brother. I got enough courage together and stated to him " a lot of people are saying that you training your brother is a main reason that he got hurt". He laughed when I said that. Up until then no one else in the office recognized who he was. Indeed he did look a lot like Arian.

    True story.

He just laughed, I guess because he was surprised I recognized him. He then said that Arian has had soft tissue injuries throughout his career. That is a way of saying his training methods are not the reason for his injuries.

Arian Foster might want to consider doing Pilates hardcore for his rehab. That's how Adrian Peterson came back from his injuries. It strengthens the core and helps prevent further injury.

Well, he probably won't have to worry about the pressures of NFL life anymore.

Brilliant take, up to your normal standards, thanks for sharing. If my mom happens to come to town, I'll tell her your theory.

Perfect response in a thread about someone that was struggling with alcoholism.

Which is why you sympathize so much. I do hope you get it under control, alcoholism can ruin lives.
