All series talk goes in here. Non series talk goes somewhere else. No PVP that can be found from other sources if you need it. All games are broadcast on Root Sports unless otherwise noted.

7-22 Matt Shoemaker, RHP vs. Lance McCullers, RHP 7:10

7-23 Jered Weaver, RHP vs. Collin McHugh, RHP 6:10

7-24 Tim Lincecum vs. Mike Fiers, RHP 1:10

MLB has TBA for Sunday, ESPN has Lincecum.

Should be balanced out by facing the slow-pitch softball pitcher in Tim Lincecum on Sunday.

I wonder how many AL playoff teams have ever slotted their DH in the 8 spot as many times as the Astros have this season.

Now if he can just locate it better. Needs to be lower in the zone.

Ugh, will Valbueno see a pitch even close to the strike zone? Our bottom third...

That bottom third makes the Everett, Ausmus, Pitcher's Spot lineups look like the 27 Yankees.

If there's someone on, I wouldn't throw him a pitch at all.

Only after the team gives him a big lead... but he's actually rebounded with decent starts after god-awful ones more often than not this season.
