I will play Garcia, Hamilton and Daniels in the Playoffs. Casspi should be limited.

Pretty much there is a spot for anyone who can play average defense and shoot 35% from the 3.

    its a easy decision

    1. He take the 3 without hesitation (unlike the other guys who take wide open looks for bad shots)

    2. He is actually good at shooting the 3

I thought he was signed to Houston though... how can another team offer him a contract if he's already in one, or am I mistaken?

i want to see powell in the line up tonight. I hope Daniels can make midrange shoots off screens also.

This. As much as he shot it in the D league, he's used to shooting quickly and working his way around the 3 pt line to get open.

Daniels' shot may be sexier than Parsons.

I think you're confused. The tweet is saying to pay close attention to Troy Daniels's play tonight against the Pelicans because our coaches are considering giving him a spot in our playoff rotation.

obviously in are: dwight, tj, bang, beard, bev, asik, dmo, lin, garcia

most likely in are: canaan (insurance), powell (picked him up for insurance in playoffs)

that's 11. we can bring 1 more. here are the options: hamilton, casspi, daniels, covington

my bet is hamilton is in the driver's seat, with covington and casspi on the outs. daniels is the darkhorse.

    It really is.

The Rockets have a bench scoring consistency problem and a three-point shooting consistency problem. Would be nice to see them give Daniels a shot to carve out a niche here.

When he has an open shot he will shoot it. I remember in his first garbage minutes for Houston, he chose not to pass it to Casspi but instead went for the open 3 instead (in transition of course). May not have been the best decision, but he knows what his job is and he doesn't hesitate, even when he isn't making it (like the game against the Pelicans).

Everybody on this team has a tendency to give up open shots, so it's good to have someone who doesn't hesitate to shoot the ball when he has the chance.

Anyone know if NBDL players get any kind of monetary bonus for playing NBA games, regular season or playoffs?
