Tied with the Clippers, and behind Lakers and 76ers.

26 games isn't that bad. I thought it would be more around 79 games. =)

Well, we should be having a fair chunk of them simply due to pace.

A few too many of them are just WTF... Corey Brewer for example...

Where are the Rockets ranked when giving up 20+ pt CAREER highs to players that have career averages of 10 and below?

we might need an advanced statistician for those metrics.

What about career highs? We must be leading that one for sure.

I thought sure we would be first. Wow, only the Lakers and Philly suck worse than we do. Just shows you how lethal our offense is, because on defense the Rockets are horrible. Minor improvements on defense could make the Rockets elite.

I'm actually surprised it's not assists and rebounds too. That's sort of kind of not really but sorted kinda good news.

Do they have a minimum games play threshold?

Troy Daniels scored his season high on Denver, which is pretty meaningless.

A lot of scrub centers score big on us too this season. Who the hell is Alexis Ajinca?

Pace is a factor, however the biggest reason is crap defense and effort.
Season-highs are bad, but the career-highs are historically bad.

    Embarrassing

Hope we sleepwalk into the CFs:grin:

How do you explain a good defensive team like the Clippers giving a scrub so many points. Could it be their strategy to leave the other team's worst shooters wide open ?

It is close to how many losses we have, so it feels like its much higjer since i am sure their is a direct correllation between giving up season highs and losing games....as well a being in a close game.

This is what I'm thinking, too.

Rockets and Clippers both play at a blistering pace. They leave the weaker shooters open to double the elite players as well as focus on getting rebounds for the fast break, and sometimes it backfires.

but I think it's fine as long as they're winning.
