True, and it takes a couple of years to mature.

I don't want to break up the core, I would say Lin, Harden, Parsons, Howard, Jones(Bad shooting % but very productive) and Brooks should stay together. Even Dmo and Bev(Since their young) if their shot %'s improve should stay also. They need a better bench. Asik doesn't want to be here and Garcia/Bev/Casspi don't really shoot well enough. Morey is more than capable of finding a better bench without sacrificing this summer. If Morey isn't going to run the right players for the system you might as well get a new coach. Not that I like Mchale's coaching but he does need better shooters off the bench.

My suggestions don't break up the team. Sign Bynum(Or another big man) if possible, ship Asik off for something of value, trade for Dunleavy(Or another shooter/shooters) for Garcia/Brewer if possible.

    * Phoenix is practically a new team. New coach, Three new starters and they are young also, they have no All-Stars and we are one game out of the loss column with them. That's why I say the youth and familiarity excuses, heck even the injury excuse are just excuses. Houston can do better. If you use that as an excuse it will be their excuse all season

The correct answer is Asik the big cry baby. Shame on him for creating this negative cloud hanging over us. Don't trade him pls. Let him ride that bench, don't even bring him in for blowouts. Pay him to sit on the bench and cheer his teammates. Too much ?
Won't happen but would be fitting punishment for hands of stone .

    Weak Ass Mother-effin BENCH

Bev needs to come back and so does Asik. Lin and Asik make our bench decent but we still need another stud on the bench. either a defensive minded wing or or a dead eye shooter.

    dear fellow member:

I for one am really tired of this we boast 2 guys that are the best at their position.
Nobody noticed the the SG position and the C Position are the weakest(shallowest) positions.

If we can say we have the best guys at the PG, SF or PF position that will be more awesome.

PG: CP3, Westbrook, Curry, Tony Parker, Irving, Lillard, Rondo, Lowry.....
SF:Lebron,Durant, George, Melo, Deng, Gay, Pierce, Parsons, Hayward....
PF:Love, LMA, Dirk,Duncan, Griffin, Randolph, Ibaka, West, Lee, KG........

in no particular order other than No. 1 and NO. 2

the problem is a combination of 2 things

-coaching (keeping harden in check, holding all players accountable for defensive effort, players minutes, Lin benching when he is seemingly hot, endless string of 4th quarter harden isos whether the team is up or down)
-inconsistency (Lins wildly inconsistent play but it is known that inconsistent minutes leads to inconsistent play, hardens hot and cold nights, d12's free throws, bench play)
-really bad 3pt shooting all year from everybody

rebounding, turnovers and stuff related to stats are all apart of the inconsistency

The top 3 on the poll along with mediocre 3pt and FT shooting
